Whistleblowing
It is the intent of T&A to comply with the requirements of Italian L.D. No. 24 of 10 March 2023 “Implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and on the provisions concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws” by implementing a specific procedure for reporting conduct, risks, offences and irregularities referable to or connected with the Company’s activities, transposed in § 4.6 of its Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian L.D. 231/01.
This procedure identifies the Supervisory Board (SB) and the Supervisory Board Assistant as the subjects to whom the reports are addressed, in order to guarantee the confidentiality of the reporting person and the independence and autonomy of judgment in the evaluation of the report. Pursuant to Italian L.D. 24/23, the internal channel set up envisages in particular forwarding reports to the e-mail address:
