Four days of events, dialogue and exchange of ideas. These are the results of T&A’s participation in the Ecomondo 2023 trade fair, the reference event for ecological transiyion and new models of circular and regenerative economy held in Rimini from 4 to 8 November.

One of the most eagerly awaited moments of the Fair was the conference “Focus on the technical annexes of the ministerial guidelines for the applica_on of art. 272 bis of Italian L.D. 152/06 and subsequent amendments” organised by T&A and Lab Service Analytyca on the recent regulatory updates on monitoring odorous compounds.

Of the topics discussed, one of the most per_nent was the potential of IOMs. Today, in addition to being used as border monitoring systems, they can be used to measure the efficiency of odour abatement by end-of-pipe treatments and to evaluate the performance of environmental checks at the source.

The Osmotreff system, the result of a collabora_on between T&A and Lab Service Analytica, is a technological solution created to meet these needs. The innova_ve system makes it possible to monitor olfactometric units entering and leaving odour abatement plants and continuously measure abatement efficiency.

Due to the great interest generated by the conference, T&A will soon hold a new workshop, which can also be followed remotely. For T&A, protecting the environment is a non-stop commitment.
