The governance of T&A is based on a Code of Ethics, a corporate Organisation Model and a Supervisory Board.

These tools describe our operational structure and are used to put in place procedures for an effective control system.

CODE OF ETHICS

IT CONTAINS THE SET OF VALUES THAT GUIDE OUR ACTIVITIES AND ESTABLISHES THE RULES OF CONDUCT IN RELATIONS WITH EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS AND PARTNERS WHO WORK WITH US.

Everyone who works with the company is required to know and comply with the principles of the Code. Violation of these principles leads to the termination of the relationship.
